What is the minimum rental period for your properties?
Our standard rental period begins at one month. For the Seaside Studio, shorter stays of two weeks may be considered depending on availability. Please reach out directly if you have a specific timeline in mind.
Are the properties suitable for remote workers?
Yes. Each property is equipped with reliable broadband. The Seaside Studio in particular attracts digital professionals drawn to the coastal setting and quiet morning hours. The Cliff Estate also features a dedicated studio space that doubles well as a home office.
What is included in the monthly rental price?
All properties include utilities, Wi-Fi, and regular housekeeping. The Hillside Bungalow and Cliff Estate include a resident caretaking team. The Cliff Estate rate also covers the full staff of five, including a personal chef and driver. Any additional services such as catering for events are arranged separately.
How far are the properties from Penang's main attractions?
All three properties are located in or near Tanjung Bungah on Penang's northern coast. Georgetown's UNESCO heritage district is approximately 25 minutes by car. Batu Ferringhi's beach road, street food stalls, and night market are within 15 minutes. Our reception host and resident staff are happy to arrange transport.
What is the process for viewing a property?

Are pets welcome at the properties?
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for the garden bungalow and cliff estate where outdoor space is generous. Please mention your situation when you enquire and we will let you know what is possible.
